'Gold standard' regulation. It is a recognised name and a reasonable option for many patients — and for some locations or specialisms it may be the more convenient choice. We would not steer you away from it on reputation alone.
Premium pricing, little price transparency. By contrast, an EU clinic publishes pricing (€3,000–€8,000), operates inside the EU regulatory framework, releases cells from a certified bank, and lets you see your full travel cost up front. For patients who weight regulation + transparency + total cost, that combination is the differentiator.
Whichever you lean toward, decide on the same checks: is the therapy approved or investigational for your condition (candidacy check), is the lab GMP-certified with a certified cell bank, is the price a fixed written quote, and what is the all-in cost with travel.
ANOVA / German clinics is a recognised option — 'gold standard' regulation. The right question is not 'good or bad' but 'best fit for your condition, budget and the level of regulation you want'. Compare it on the points in the table above, and always check the evidence for your specific condition.
