Cell Banking

Certified storage of characterised cell lines for reproducible therapy.

Why Cell Banking matters when choosing treatment

Harvesting and cryopreserving your cells (usually from cord blood or fat at birth/electively) for future medical use—the idea being you'll have a ready supply if you ever need regenerative therapy. It's marketed as preventive; the reality is uncertain: cell viability after decades of storage is unproven, regulatory pathways are evolving, and the bank may close or lose samples. If considering banking, verify the company's insurance, governance structure, and whether independent audits confirm their storage conditions. Many patients pay thousands upfront and never use the cells; banks rely on this model to stay afloat.
