Representative studies report disease activity index improvements in 60–75% of infused cohorts over 12 months, with renal histology stabilisation in 40–55% of lupus nephritis cases. Cytokine profiling shows durable reduction in pro-inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6) persisting 6–9 months post-infusion.
