Price reflects local operating cost, not cell quality. A clinic in Sofia or Mumbai pays far less for staff, facilities and overheads than one in Zurich or California, so the same GMP-standard procedure costs less. The trap is assuming every low price is equal — a €3,000 quote inside the EU carries regulatory protection a €3,000 quote outside it may not.
Cheap is not the risk — unregulated is. The safest low-cost route of all is a registered clinical trial (often free and monitored).
