Allogeneic

Donor cells (e.g. umbilical-cord) given to another person.

Why Allogeneic matters when choosing treatment

Cells from another person—a healthy donor whose cells are manufactured, tested, and frozen for use in multiple patients. Clinics favour allogeneic because one donor batch scales to hundreds of treatments, lowering their per-patient cost. The trade-off: your immune system may attack the foreign cells unless they're immunologically matched or pre-treated to reduce rejection signals. Ask clinics about their donor-screening protocols (infectious disease, genetic testing) and whether they use HLA-matched donors; reputable programs do. Allogeneic is more regulated in Europe than autologous.
