Systemic lupus erythematosus is autoimmunity against nuclear antigens with relapsing multi-organ involvement. Two lines exist: mesenchymal immunomodulation, and immune reset through haematopoietic transplantation or CAR-T, the latter producing the most striking recent case series in autoimmunity.
